Group Therapy offers a powerful tool in treatment: interactions with others in addition to a therapist. Often these groups can provide unique or complementary work for individual therapy. Below are the groups being run or currently forming.

Current Groups

(Social) Skills Quest: A Dungeons & Dragons Therapy Group – Level up your social skills in a therapy group that blends the collaborative storytelling of Dungeons & Dragons with meaningful group work. Together, we’ll explore challenges like social anxiety, communication, and conflict while adventuring through a shared fantasy world. No D&D experience needed. All materials provided. Weekly sessions are ongoing. New members are welcome following a brief screening and onboarding process.

Stardew Valley Therapy Group: A Cozy Place to Grow
–  Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just plain stuck? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own either. This therapy group uses Stardew Valley as a gentle, low-pressure space to explore goal-setting, build routines that work for your brain, and practice the messy, meaningful parts of connection. Whether you’re navigating neurodivergence, living with anxiety or depression, or just trying to make life feel a little more doable, we’ve got room for you at the table (and on the farm).  No gaming experience needed, just a willingness to try. LGBTQ&D A Queer-Affirming Therapy Group for LGBTQ+ Young Adults -Looking for a party where everyone rolls with pride? LGBTQ&D is an online therapy group for LGBTQ+ young adults that uses tabletop roleplaying games to explore identity, connection, and the magic of being your authentic self. Together, we build characters and community, navigating fantasy worlds while growing real-world insight, confidence, and queer joy. No experience with D&D (or dice) required, just bring your truest self and a willingness to adventure.
